RETURNS POLICY

As a gallery we recognise the difficulty you may have in choosing a piece of art or craft for your home or as a gift for a friend or relative. Will it fit the space available, is the colour suitable, will it fit in with the surroundings, will my friend like it? The list is endless.

We aim to give you total confidence with your purchase/s,  in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.   Most items* purchased from Artifex can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase (or if applicable, from the date of delivery). You do not have to give a reason for returning the item/s.

You will receive a refund of the full purchase price of the item/s, less any delivery costs incurred by either party in delivering the item/s to you. All such costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to Artifex , ensuring that they are adequately protected by suitable wrapping/packaging, and insured.  If the item/s that arrive at Artifex are in any way damaged, it will be your responsibility to seek redress from  your delivery company. We cannot  accept responsibility for, nor recompense you for,  returned item/s damaged either in transit or whilst in your possession.

*We do not accept returns of:

Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

Items that have been specially commissioned.

Items purchased during a visit to your home by a representative of Artifex.
